Before you start searching for a home, you really need to think about your present and future needs. Size requirements, special features, lifestyles and stages are important factors to consider.

Even if the home you choose has everything you need, the location might not be appropriate. You should consider  wheather you want to live in a city, town or perhaps in the countryside. Where you work is another important consideration as there could be associated commuting costs. Where your children will attend school and are safe walking areas or recreational facilities such as a park nearby.
